Lee's interest in property management was sparked by his desire to handle difficult residents in a more effective way. He believes that by treating the industry as a service business prioritizing client satisfaction and providing a high level of service, property investors and tenants can create positive, impactful relationships.
Melissa, who is heavily involved in real estate development, is currently working on new developments in Cambridge which allows her to bring her expertise and complementary skill set to the property management industry.
The husband and wife team are committed to bridging the disconnect between landlords and tenants, and helping to create a more prosperous environment for both parties.
